1. Who is the controller

XPIRIA AI SOLUTIONS ("XPIRIA"), CNPJ 60.184.707/0001-27, headquartered at Avenida Paulista, 1636, Conj. 04, Floor 15, Bela Vista, São Paulo - SP, Brazil, ZIP 01310-200, is the controller of data processed in connection with kateasy.com and Kateasy, a product it develops. This Policy follows Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13,709/2018).

2. What data we process

Early-access group: when you join, WhatsApp shows your number and profile name to the admins and other members, and anything you write in the group is visible too.

Contact: name, email, phone and the content of messages you send us by email or WhatsApp.

Site access: Cloudflare, which hosts the site, logs technical data such as IP address, browser and pages visited, for security and performance.

The site does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. If that changes, we will update this Policy and ask for your consent where required.

3. What we use it for

Answering messages and giving support; managing the group and announcing the product launch; keeping the site secure and running; meeting legal obligations.

4. Legal bases

Pre-contractual procedures and consent (when you join the group), legitimate interest (site security) and compliance with legal obligations.

5. Sharing

We don't sell data. It may pass through providers that make the service work: WhatsApp (Meta), which is an independent controller of data inside the app; Cloudflare (hosting and email); and authorities when the law requires. Some of these providers are outside Brazil, and we apply the safeguards required by the LGPD.

6. WhatsApp group: what you should know

Members of a group can see each other's phone numbers. Join only if you are comfortable with that. You can leave at any time and ask us to delete messages under our control.

7. How long we keep it

As long as needed for the purposes above and for legal deadlines. After that we delete or anonymize the data.

8. Your rights

You can ask for confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, blocking or deletion, portability, information about sharing, withdrawal of consent and review of automated decisions. You can also complain to Brazil's data protection authority (ANPD).

9. Security

We use technical and administrative measures to protect data. No system is completely risk free. In case of a relevant incident, we will notify data subjects and the ANPD as the law requires.

10. Children and teenagers

Kateasy is not aimed at people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

11. Changes

We may update this Policy. The current version stays on this page with the date of the last update.
