1. Who we are
These Terms govern the use of kateasy.com and the Kateasy software ("Kateasy"), developed and offered by XPIRIA AI SOLUTIONS, registered under CNPJ 60.184.707/0001-27, headquartered at Avenida Paulista, 1636, Conj. 04, Floor 15, Bela Vista, São Paulo - SP, Brazil, ZIP 01310-200 ("XPIRIA", "we"). Kateasy is a product of XPIRIA AI SOLUTIONS.
2. Product stage
Kateasy is an MVP and is not public yet. Features, screens and terms may change, and we don't promise launch dates. The site describes the MVP as it is today and a roadmap, which is an intention, not a commitment.
3. Early-access group
Joining the WhatsApp group is free and does not create a purchase contract, a license or a right to access. We may remove members who break the group rules, spam or insult others.
4. Price and payment
The R$ 397 shown on the site is an expected founder price. There is no checkout and no charge today. Any purchase happens only after launch, with price, terms and acceptance published beforehand. Taxes may apply under the law.
5. License (once available)
When sales open, the license will be personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable, for use on the user's own devices. "Lifetime" means the useful life of the Kateasy product and does not prevent XPIRIA from discontinuing it with reasonable notice. Final terms will be published before any sale.
6. Acceptable use
You may not copy, decompile or reverse engineer the software unless the law allows it; resell or share the license; bypass licensing or security mechanisms; or use Kateasy to record or publish unlawful content or content that infringes third-party rights.
7. User content
Videos, audio, images and text created in Kateasy belong to the user, who is responsible for them and for obtaining the needed permissions (image, voice, music, trademarks). Unless a cloud feature is purchased, files stay on the user's device.
8. Intellectual property and third-party marks
The software, the Kateasy brand and the site belong to XPIRIA or its licensors. Claude and Claude Code are trademarks of Anthropic. Kateasy is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Anthropic.
9. Third-party integrations
Integrations, such as the planned Claude Code integration via MCP, depend on third-party services that the user subscribes to directly and that are subject to their own terms. The integration is still in development.
10. Guarantee and refunds
When sales open, Brazilian consumers will have the 7-day right of withdrawal under article 49 of the Consumer Defense Code. We also intend to offer a 30-day guarantee, which will be detailed before any sale.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, XPIRIA is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss arising from use of the MVP, which is provided as is. Keep backups of your files. Nothing here limits consumer rights guaranteed by law.
12. Privacy
Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. The current version stays on this page with the date of the last update.
14. Governing law and venue
Brazilian law applies. The courts of the city of São Paulo - SP are chosen, except where the law gives the consumer the right to sue in their own domicile.
